These terms cover your use of rndline.com. They are not the contract for construction work — that is a separate written agreement signed before any work begins.

What this site is

This site describes the services of RNDLine Construction LLC, a licensed general contractor in Sacramento, California, CSLB #1155926. It exists so you can see our work and ask us for an estimate.

Nothing here is a price or a promise

Photographs, project descriptions and service listings show work we have completed. They are examples, not a commitment that your project will look the same, cost the same or take the same time.

No page on this site, and nothing said by our voice assistant, is a quote, an offer or a binding commitment. Construction pricing depends on scope, existing conditions, materials and finishes, and can only be determined after we look at the property in person.

Estimates

Submitting the form or speaking to our assistant is a request, not a booking. We will contact you to discuss the project and, if it is a fit, arrange a visit. We may decline projects that fall outside our service area, our license classification or our current capacity.

Any appointment time discussed through the form or the voice assistant is a preference we note down. It is confirmed only when a person from RNDLine confirms it with you directly.

The voice assistant

The assistant on this site is an AI, not a person, and it says so at the start of every call. Calls are recorded and transcribed — see our Privacy Policy.

The assistant can misunderstand what it hears. Anything it tells you about scope, availability or next steps is preliminary and is confirmed by a person before it means anything. It does not quote prices, commit to dates, or accept work on our behalf.

Information you give us

Please give us accurate information. We rely on the property address, the scope you describe and your contact details to prepare an estimate and to reach you. Do not submit someone else's contact details without their permission.

Our content

The text, photographs, drawings and design on this site belong to RNDLine Construction LLC. Project photographs are of work we performed and are published with the property owners' permission. You may not copy or republish them without our written permission.

You may of course share a link to this site.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to send unsolicited commercial messages, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it automatically at a scale that affects its operation, or misuse the voice assistant to run up costs. We may block access if you do.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere — for example to the CSLB license lookup — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Availability

We try to keep the site running and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change or be removed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RNDLine Construction LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your rights under a signed construction contract with us or under California contractor licensing law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about this site belongs in the state or federal courts serving Sacramento County, California.
